An agreement that user must agree to in order to use or access the website

This site, multicollab.com, (hereafter referred to as Multicollab, site, or website) is owned and operated by Multidots Inc (hereinafter referred to as Multicollab Plugin, we or company). Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our terms of use prior to downloading or using any of the materials or Products from multicollab.com. You should carefully read all of our terms and conditions as your purchase or use Multicollab product(s), membership, or services and use of this website and any materials or products available herein identifies that you agree to the following terms of use and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly. If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this website immediately, not use any of the materials or products available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.

1. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Multicollab be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Multicollab or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

2. License

Our WordPress themes, plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0/3.0. We strongly discourage you to offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

The license key ensures updates from our servers. If you do not activate the license, the plugin will work fine. Even if you have canceled the subscription.

The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.

Each product from our site includes 365 days of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.

  • An active subscription is required to access the downloads section.
  • Each product comes with an auto-renewal feature through PayPal, Freemius checkout, and Stripe subscriptions to ensure a smooth flow of updates and support.

3. Ownership and Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Multicollab and Multidots. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferable.

If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up on support tickets.

4. Refund Policy

Multicollab provides digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing our themes, plugins, or any custom software which means all sales are final. Once you have our software, you can not “return” the product.

5. Warranty

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.

However, you can always check the products on our demo server before purchasing to be sure about the issues. Our contact form is always there to help you.

6. Product Updates

Each individual product purchased from Multicollab includes free updates to customers for 1 year from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but Multicollab does its best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our products will run with older versions of WordPress.

7. Pricing/Recurring Billing/Payment Methods

You are fully responsible for timely payment of all fees for the Multicollab License and for any obligations to pay taxes and charges arising from your purchase of the Multicollab License.

Pricing —  We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to modify the renewal pricing of an existing Multicollab License either temporarily or for the future lifetime of the Multicollab License. If changing prices would affect Multicollab Licenses already owned, we will notify all affected customers in advance. Notification will be made via electronic mail, using the email address listed by the user on their Multicollab account 

Recurring Billing — By purchasing, renewing, or upgrading a Multicollab License and providing a valid Payment Method, you authorize us to charge you a license renewal fee for Multicollab Licenses at the specified rate on the Multicollab Website to your Payment Method. The amount and future billing date will be clearly stated on the Licenses Page for each Gravity Forms License.

Payment Methods — The payment method used to purchase, renew or upgrade a Multicollab License will be stored securely with our payment processor and will be re-billed when a Multicollab License is renewed. The payment method will not be utilized or stored for any other purposes. You are responsible for editing and keeping your Payment Method information current for each Multicollab License by visiting the Multicollab Website.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

Multicollab reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.

  • Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the Multicollab staff and/or other Multicollab customers.
  • Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against Multicollab, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing Multicollab products.
  • Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts.
  • We reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons. All decisions are final and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reversed.
